Switching your calls and line rental to 123Telecom takes 5 minutes of your time to complete an account application form. Forms can be returned by fax, email attachment or regular post. If you prefer, give us a call and we will complete the form for you.

Your chosen services will normally transfer to 123Telecom 10 working days later (we will advise you of the exact date). There is no disruption when switching occurs and the migration to 123Telecom is absolutely painless!

After the switch date, 123Telecom will become your sole contact for those services. We invoice you and provide personal customer care. In the event of your lines developing a fault, we act on your behalf and arrange for Openreach to fix the fault.

Tip: Beware of line rental below £9.50 per month as this usually indicates that your line is being converted to LLU (a non Openreach line). You maybe tied without choice until you pay £100's to convert back.
