123Telecom Limited are an independent & privately owned tier-1 reseller
licensed by Ofcom to provide communications products & services. 123Telecom
was created in 1998 as a division
of telephone systems manufacturer
Albertronic. The business was
then split in 2003 with the creation
of 123Telecom Limited for telecommunications
services, whilst Albertronic
continued to sell telecommunications
hardware.
123Telecom
also owns Billing Solutions Limited
which offers white-label bureau
billing and Direct Debit solutions
to other telecommunications companies.
123Telecom
supply high quality telecommunications
services to Businesses, Local
Authorities and Charities looking
to reduce their communications
costs whilst increasing the quality
of their customer care.
All
our telephone calls are routed
over Tier-1 networks including
Openreach, Telstra, Cable & Wireless
(Energis), Verizon (MCI), Opal
and Thus.
The
majority of our Broadband Services
use Openreach for the final
connection to the client, however
we also offer ADSL2+ services
up to 24Meg using Local Loop
Unbundled (LLU) delivery in apx
1000 telephone exchanges areas
across the UK.
123Telecom
supply over 25,000 telephone
lines across the UK. All of our
customers receive the same high
level of service from our primary
office near Cardiff. We never
use overseas call centres or
call queuing systems.
The
installation and maintenance
of our telephone lines is sub-contracted
back to Openreach who employ
around 25,000 engineers. This
is the same fleet of engineers
used by BT themselves.
123Telecom
also supply services through
a number of business partners
who recommend or re-badge our
brand.
