hours such as mobiles, voice mail and UK based contact centres. Reporting
a fault out of hours on a PromptCare or TotalCare line does not guarantee
that BT will fix or schedule an engineer any faster. The whole of the
UK Telecoms industry is subject to the same job scheduling and fault fixing
times of BT Openreach which can extend to several days in the event of
a major fault or at times of high demand. |
